Our client is currently seeking a Customer Associate who will assist customers and maintain sales floor. This is a full-time, permanent position, with opportunities for a management role.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet customers and offer assistance as needed.
Organize and maintain products throughout the store.
Introduce promotions and cross-sell products when necessary.
Handle customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Communicate and elevate issues with manager when needed.
Qualifications:
An Associate degree or High School diploma is required.
Must have retail or sales experience.
Strong verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, are required.
Must be able to stand/walk for an extended amount of time.
A professional appearance is a must.
