Provide actuarial reinsurance pricing and dynamic portfolio optimization support for Willis Re senior actuaries in their work for clients and prospects. Line of business focus: Personal lines Property (Cat and Non-Cat), Casualty, and Medical Malpractice.

Account Analysis & Support:
Perform actuarial analysis to develop loss model for client business, estimate reinsurance pricing, and determine optimal reinsurance structures given client risk profile and underwriting strategy.
Present analyses in clear terms appropriate to the audience
Provide value-added service to clients as needed.
Market Research and Development
Assist senior actuaries in market and line of business studies to credentialize Willis Re as thought leader in reinsurance and primary marketplace
Work closely with other analytical associates across Willis Re
Including other actuaries, catastrophe modelers, rating agency advisory, ERM and capital markets associates.
Able to apply advanced mathematical / actuarial concepts and techniques

5 to 10 years in P&C actuarial role(s)
Surety experience preferred
Ideally including experience in reinsurance or primary pricing roles
