* Oversee and manage the execution phase activities of real estate strategy plans for all divisions/projects in North & South America
* Work closely with internal and external resources for technology and telephony planning and implementation
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to create designs/solutions that satisfy business requirements and comply with established standards
* Help ensure projects are conducted on-time and on-budget
* Participate in executive management meetings throughout the project life-cycle process as needed
* Assist divisions with coordination of space planning designs and workspace reconfiguration for remodels and restack projects
* Act as liaison with architects throughout the test fitting, design and build out process
* Work with divisional facilities and operations staff to document security requirements, and help ensure that they are folded into build out and remodel designs/costs
* Review and provide content for Tenant Improvement clauses in new leases with extensive build out provisions
* Participate in providing budget estimates/forecasts to divisions for upcoming, large scale projects in subsequent year(s)
* Coordinate and monitor logistics, timelines, preparation and follow-up of key meetings and strategic artifacts as it pertains to construction, relocation and real estate projects


* A minimum of five years of construction and/or facility management experience; preferably within a corporate environment
* Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
* Experience managing each aspect of a construction project from design through build out and Certificate of Occupancy
* Experience creating detailed timelines and project plans
* Ability to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary project team
* Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
* Ability to travel to project locations up to 20%
