The Principal Implementations Specialist understands the underlying
mechanisms between customer need and technical implementation of our
products and services. He/she is able to translate those needs to our
development teams efficiently in order to achieve a seamless and
intuitive experience for the client. With a winning attitude toward
service, he/she will work to ensure any changes or enhancements to a
customer's products or services either meet or exceed expectations.

* Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services
solutions to customers.
* Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives including
project planning, task allocation and prioritization and delivery
in-line with the client's expectations and business needs.
* Manages any changes or enhancements required to meet or exceed the
expectations established in the initial project design.
* Follows training procedures in order to get new merchants active
and processing on all terminal types as well as front-end systems.
* Troubleshoots systems, corrects download issues and handles
escalated problems from representatives and merchants.
* Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for
* Employs advanced analytical skills in the application of complex
(and conflicting) association rules, regulatory rule
interpretation, cardholder documentation review, merchant and/or
FI documentation review.
* Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.
