The Sales Operations Analyst works to ensure Worldpay is continuously
improving our approach to sales and delivering products and services.
They are laser-focused on keeping Worldpay competitive in a constantly
evolving market. As a proven leader in Project Management with the
ability to drive complex projects, their skill sets combine those of a
Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst and technical ************
using sales measurement models and other performance indicators,
he/she analyses data to make recommendations in the way we design
products, approach sales tactics, pricing structures and introduce
automation to the overall sales process. By being critical in looking
at our data from all angles, we can be proactive and anticipate
changes we need to make in the business.

The Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:
* Recommends strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics
and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve
the company's competitive.
* Evaluates pricing structures to meet and achieve company
objectives.
* Builds productive internal relationships.
* Liaises with internal stakeholders to understand and develop
business requirements for process automation
* Identifies and prioritizes areas of opportunity for automation in
the sales process
* Conducts exhaustive search for vendors with capabilities meeting
identified opportunities for automation
* Builds business cases to justify investment in third party tools
and services taking into consideration reallocation of business
development resources and time required for due diligence
* Manage the delivery of the automated process
* Define project requirements by identifying project milestones,
phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project
budget
* Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems;
publishing progress reports; recommending actions
* Develops or uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to
help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of
opportunity and sales force training needs.
* Recommends strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics
and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve
the company's competitive advantage.
* Evaluates and recommends changes in sales incentive plans in line
with analyses.
* Helps develop and/or administers new training programs to fill
competency gaps.
* Reviews capital expenditures and analyses sales-related expenses
associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings,
revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and
goal attainment.
* Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets.
* Evaluates pricing structures to meet and achieve company
objectives.
* Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational
changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline
considerations.
* Draws on past experience and current data to influence business
partners and improve sales force/portfolio performance and best
practices.
* Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions.
* Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area
of expertise.
Key Relationships:
* Relationship Management team -- responsible for growing and
maintaining relationships with our Corporate customers
* Business Development team -- responsible for developing
relationships and securing new business and with Corporate
customers
* Global Boarding, Risk and Compliance teams -- the teams
responsible for due diligence in the sales process including the
review of KYC, financial, and regulatory requirements
* Business Intelligence, CRM, analytics and Data Science -- the
other teams which sit within the wider Group Analytics & Reporting
function
* Worldpay Optimisation, Customer Insights and Product teams
Experience
* Experience delivering results and recommendations to senior
stakeholders in a clear, concise and engaging manner
* Able to show and quantify how their analysis and project
management has led to a positive impact on a business results
* Can demonstrate having interpreted a series of inter-related
processes and systems, identifying business requirements and
delivering results

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong MS Office experience, specifically Excel and Project
* Able to look beyond numbers to convert data into insight
* Ability to interpret complex business requirements, translate into
analytical problems and deliver high value outputs
* Functional understanding of technical development life cycle and
tools
* Well-developed communication skills, able to tailor results into
language appropriate for the audience
* Salesforce experience strongly recommended
Working in a consultative manner to help business managers and sales
understand the commercial implications of business trends
