S/he will manage creative services, PR and AR teams, and global events. The Director, Brand & Communications will be able to create buzz for Zerto as we scale our growth and enter new markets.. Responsibilities. Own and Lead Zerto's Brand identity, define and develop it, ensure consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns. Manage brand budget and plan. Codify the various brand messages by creating both an awareness plan overall as well as a plan for smaller, more focused ad campaigns for each of Zerto's target audiences.. Partner across Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Web and Digital teams to streamline processes and offerings that support shared internal and external customers.. Manage global ad agency selection, training, and ongoing relationships.. Manage global tradeshow team and develop positioning for our own customer event, ZertoCON. Manage Zerto's global communications. Manage PR / AR team to make the most out of every earned media opportunity and build a true influencer program.. Advise HR and others on internal communications.. Advise executive leadership on marketing and communications strategy, and brand investments.. Manage Zerto's creative services team. Lead the creative services department as well as external resources to deliver innovative digital media programs and events that capture the attention of our industry.. Facilitate collaborative work sessions that help define project initiatives across marketing departments and align resources on project goals and direction for company's campaign strategy.. Create innovative design direction across digital media experiences that map to planned user experiences and brand guidelines.. Requirements. You are an innovative thinker and marketer who is passionate about building brands.. You have extensive advertising experience, both online and offline, and awareness of every part of the advertising business, from creative to media planning to KPIs and reporting.. You have 10+ years' experience in advertising and branding.. You have a track-record of unifying, transforming, and elevating the brands of complex B2B businesses.. You are a detail-oriented project manager, with an eye for great design, and can manage both internal and external resources.. You are not afraid to work on a tight budget, prove the model works and get more budget based on success.. You thrive in a dynamic, less-structured environment and can take ideas and turn them into organized projects..
