Function Specific Activities: The Creative Activation Manager develops shopper marketing programming for a specific customer portfolio. Programs include fully custom programs, as well as tailored national programs. Manages agencies and vendor partners to take projects after concept approval, to release of final art. Manages program budgets and POs in concert with the shopper marketing manager. Acts as subject matter expert in development of full path-to-purchase activation including: custom point-of-sale and displays, packaging, digital and social marketing, promotions, coupons etc. Leads creative development across all elements, protecting the companys rights, trademarks and investment while serving the best interest of our customers and shoppers. Directs/manages against customer work: Creative materials to support brand and retailer Visual ID Full path-to-purchase activation (digital, social, media, events, promotions, coupons, etc.) Custom packaging, labels, insertions, etc. Custom Point of Sale (POS) orders Develops customer specific messaging and materials to support activation: Customer specific Point of Sale Digital and social activation Media and marketing assets Brand, Retailer and Legal approvals Manages budgets: Direct Marketing Investment / POS POS ordering and tracking Education Requirements: Minimum Required Bachelors Degree Preferred: MBA or other graduate degree Related Work Experience: Minimum Required: 3-5 years experience, preferably with agencies who support the consumer goods/beverages industry Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channel Budget responsibility and management Understanding of full path-to-purchase eco-system Expertise in mobile, digital and social activation elements Knowledge of key consumption occasions, shopper messaging, and methods of activation Proven track record of achieving sustainable results Functional Skills: Minimum Required: Agency management and knowledge of agency capabilities and processes Strong project management skills and bias for action Knowledge of digital landscape to reach shopper at various touchpoints throughout the purchase cycle (mobile, digital, social, eComm, loyalty) Media (tags, scripts, print ads, circulars) Knowledge in consumer / shopper insights and trends - role of insights in creating shopper marketing programs, occasions, use of insights to create marketing tactics Understand of brand architecture/positioning, TM use, legal guidelines and VIS ID Collaboration (i.e. Sales, Retailer, Brand, Commercial, Operations, Vendors and Agencies) Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels Job Requirements: Years of Experience: 3-5 Years Experience Leadership Behaviors: DRIVE INNOVATION: Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain ourbusiness(encompassingeverything from continuous improvement to new produc
