Current Need Macro Helix helps hospitals and health care systems improve the operational andfinancial performance of their pharmacy service offerings. Our services and technology solutions help toreduce drug costs, increase reimbursements, and maintain compliance withfederal and state regulations. TheStrategic Account Manager will provide support for 340B software directly tohospital base. Position Description Enhancerelationships with existing strategic customers to help drive retention andsatisfaction Enables customers to optimizeuse of Macro Helix software and services Works directly with ITdevelopment team on key enhancements to software Communicates legislative andindustry changes as well as Macro Helix software and service changes tocustomers Regular exposure to customerand Macro Helix / McKesson executives Drives the rapid adoption ofadditional Macro Helix and McKesson products and services including the use of340B contract pharmacies Collaborates and facilitatescontract administration and renewal Works closely with McKdistribution personnel to identify opportunities to win pharmaceuticaldistribution business Participates in sales teampresentations where appropriate to further enhance business growthopportunities, improve selling skills, and gain knowledge about customer base Assists in leadership of MacroHelix user group meetings Represents the company byconsistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of McKesson ICAREshared principles This position is awork-from-home (optional in-office in Atlanta) with Qualifications Minimum Requirements 5+ years customer service experience Critical Skills 3-6 years of successfulaccount management / customer service expertise within healthcare industry Excellent executive communication skills Attention to detail and analytical skills strong problem solvingskills Organization and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups Additional Knowledge & Skills Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills Working knowledge of tangential systems that workalongside Macro Helix software (e.g., pharmacy software, wholesaler orderingsystems, switch, etc) Working knowledge of competitive products &services 340B program knowledge strongly preferred 2+ years experience working with healthcaresoftware Education BS degree or equivalent experience in HealthcarePractice Management or Medical Billing Benefits & Company Statement We believe you should be rewarded for theimportant work you do.
